"Jim was great! He came to inspect our new house for mold and give advice on cleaning the air. While using his infra red gadget he found several spots throughout our duct work with leaks of cold air. After cutting out a wall to explore we found the main trunk of the duct work was disconnected! We added insulation to all the areas he saw the leaks and now itâ s a brisk 74° in the house! This saved us thousands of dollars because we were ready to get a new AC system!"

"When reaching out on Home Advisor, Water Floods Restoration was the first company to respond, and very quickly, I might add! Amongst the many issues at my momâ s house, tackling the black mold problem, due to a leaky roof, was at the top of the list. David and his team did everything and then some to remedy the mold and improve her living area. David was great to work with. He held true to everything we discussed and was open to additional requests. His talented team did excellent work and they treated my 95-year old mom with kindness and care. I highly recommend this company. We are very pleased with the results."

"I had a leak in my roof and I was afraid of mold. When I called, they came right away. They came in with all their equipment and dried everything out and then checked for mold, which I did end up having. They were on time and took care of all the headaches with my insurance company. If you ever need a A+ company to take care of all your needs these a are the people to call!"

"Working with Juan and his team at Medina Environmental was hands down the easiest and most painless process for getting work done on a house I've ever had. Juan was incredibly responsive to all of my questions related to the work they were doing, timelines, and even some questions about other work I needed done on the house that technically were out of the scope of our agreement. He was patient with all of my questions, and very helpful. It's clear that Juan really understands his craft, as he is able to succinctly explain all aspects of all the work to be done in a way that is understandable by people who are not in the industry. This is a clear indication that he and his team are professional and knowledgeable. I was educated fully on the process of removal and informed that there would be a 10-day waiting period after the removal had been filed. This gave me peace of mind to have a clear understanding of the start and end dates. The work was done quickly, by the time promised, and all the deliverables outlined in the summary of work were completed to my satisfaction. Once the job was completed, Juan ensured I quickly received the manifest to prove that the asbestos was disposed of properly and in accordance with regulation. I would recommend his team, and I will definitely utilize them on any project going forward that has services in the scope of their skill sets."

"Courteous, attentive, didnâ  t try to sell me products or extra services, made sure he cleaned up behind himself in both houses"

Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow."
